We currently deliver to the United States. Our business and return address is in Muidorge, Oise, France.

Do I need to spend a certain amount for free shipping?

No. Standard U.S. shipping is free without a minimum purchase.

Within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. If an order arrives in separate parcels, the window for each item begins when you receive that item.

Who covers return shipping?

Tunbazar pays return postage for ordinary returns and for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us before purchasing postage so we can arrange shipping. No restocking or handling fee applies.

How do exchanges work?

Tell us which item you would like within the 30-day window. We will confirm availability and explain any price difference before you agree to the exchange. We cover the postage for the returned item.

What should I do about damage or an incorrect item?

Please report it within 7 calendar days after receipt with your order number and a description. Attach photographs if available. This reporting request does not reduce the 30-day return window or applicable legal rights.

How soon will my refund arrive?

Within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item, including checking and processing. Refunds go to the original payment method. Contact us if the money has not arrived by the end of that period.
