Refund policy

Tunbazar accepts returns and exchanges requested within 30 calendar days after you receive the item. Count the period from receipt. If a purchase arrives in several parcels, each item's period begins on the date that item is received.

We cover return shipping for ordinary returns as well as returns involving damage, defects, or an incorrect item. There are no restocking, return handling, exchange handling, or refund processing fees.

Tell us what you would like to return

Within the 30-day window, email info@tunbazar.com or call 5175998682. Provide the order number, identify the item, and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Contact us before purchasing postage so we can arrange seller-paid shipping and provide return instructions. This contact step helps coordinate shipping and match the parcel to your order; it does not introduce a separate approval requirement.

Use the shipping instructions provided, package the item securely for its return journey, and include the order number. Retain the postal receipt or tracking details until your return is complete. We do not deduct return postage from your refund.

Exchanging an item

You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days after receipt. Tell us the replacement item you would like. Customer service will confirm availability and explain any price difference before you agree to proceed. We pay the return postage and do not charge an exchange handling fee.

If something arrived damaged or incorrect

Please tell us about delivery damage, a defect noticed on arrival, or an incorrect item within 7 calendar days after receipt. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the item or packaging when available. We will assist with a return, replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the applicable return shipping.

The 7-day reporting request allows us to investigate promptly. It does not shorten your 30-day return period or limit any rights under applicable law.

Refund method and arrival

Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will reach your account within 10 calendar days after Tunbazar receives the returned item. This period includes checking the return and processing the payment. No refund processing fee is deducted.

We will notify you once the refund is issued. If it has not arrived by the end of the 10-day period, email info@tunbazar.com so we can trace the transaction with the payment provider. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
